He said that Cheney is eager to work with a leader who can collaborate with those who have different political views and with the same goal. Richard Bruce Cheney was born in Lincoln Nebraska on January 30 1941 the father of Richard Herbert Cheney and the former Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. When Richard Bruce Cheney was 13 years old He and his family left Lincoln Nebraska and moved to Casper Wyoming where his father was the head of Casper Wyoming, where his father was the director of U.S. Department of Agriculture's regional soil conservation districts.
